2016 was eventful and 2017 is here with change continuing at a rapid pace. Many people make new years resolutions to set goals for themselves. Resolutions should be within your control, but also result in personal improvement. Personal finances improvement is frequently high on people’s list to provide greater security and flexibility. The key is to take advantage of time as time allows long-term thinking and minimizes reacting to short-term events. The district joined with over 250 other districts to form the Michigan Retirement Investment Consortium (MRIC) to help you with this resolution.
